Common Questions & Troubleshooting

What happens to my Smartsheet data?

Your data stays in Smartsheet. Huddle never stores your sheet data - we only access it in real-time when you're using the platform. All changes are made directly in Smartsheet.

Can I revoke access?

Yes, you can revoke Huddle's access at any time from your Smartsheet account settings under "Connected Apps" or by removing the connection in Huddle.

Do I need admin access in Smartsheet?

No, you only need access to the sheets you want to work with. However, admin or licensed sheet creator permissions allow you to see more assets.

Connection shows as "invalid"?

This usually means your authorization has expired. Simply click "Reconnect" to re-authorize. Huddle will automatically attempt to refresh tokens when possible.
