8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huddle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be disabled
- You may export your data within 30 days
- No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
